
We’re Gonna Have to Let Halle Go…
Halle’s officially 8 months old now—and on the move. She’s crawling with purpose, making her way into every room, meeting, and snack stash like she owns the place.
But after much deliberation, we’ve had to make a tough team decision…
She’s being relieved of her marketing duties.
Her brothers can breathe a sigh of relief—she’s not coming for their jobs just yet.
Now don’t get me wrong—her sales skills are unreal. She’s got her dad buying everything from baby books to frilly socks just by flashing a gummy smile. Negotiation level: Jedi Master.
But her video editing needs work, and her typing? Mostly drool. So we’re hitting pause on her marketing career... at least until she stops trying to eat the laptop.
This whole ordeal got me thinking:
How do you really know if someone can effectively market your home?
Here are 3 things to watch for:
Do they actually get results? Fancy drone footage and Instagram filters are fun—but are buyers paying attention?
Are they a marketer first? I don’t just sell houses—I market them. There's a big difference, and it shows in the results.
Can you trust them? Great marketing starts with honesty and follow-through. If someone overpromises and underdelivers, you feel it in your wallet.
So while Halle continues to crawl toward world domination, I’ll stick to what I do best—helping families in Central Ohio sell with confidence, strategy, and real results.
